1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues).

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours with photographs or video as proof.
