Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in case of:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
Refund Process
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products are not eligible for refund.
- Products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
